The region’s most anticipated dining event, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, has returned for Spring 2025, which began March 31 and goes through April 13. This semiannual event is the perfect way for foodies and food lovers to experience the culinary creativity and locally-sourced ingredients that make the Hudson Valley a premier food destination. Produced by Valley Table Magazine, this seasonal celebration showcases the incredible talents of our region’s chefs and restaurants while offering diners exceptional value through prix-fixe menus that highlight regional flavors.
What to Expect at Hudson Valley Restaurant Week
During these two delicious weeks, more than 100 restaurants across eight counties will offer special prix-fixe menus at four price points: $24.95, $29.95, $39.95, or $44.95 for three-course meals. The participating establishments range from cozy bistros to elegant fine dining destinations, with diverse cuisines representing the melting pot of culinary traditions found throughout the Hudson Valley.
Many restaurants design their special menus to showcase the bounty of early spring ingredients sourced from local farms and producers. Diners can expect innovative dishes featuring seasonal vegetables, artisanal cheeses, locally raised meats, and the creative flair that has established the Hudson Valley as a renowned culinary region. The event provides a perfect opportunity to visit new establishments or return to favorite spots while taking advantage of special pricing.

Why We’re Excited
Hudson Valley Restaurant Week perfectly captures what makes our region special – the connection between creative chefs, local farmers, and the communities where they converge. As an event that brings together culinary professionals from Westchester to Albany, it represents the collaborative spirit that makes the Hudson Valley such a vibrant place to explore.
This spring edition offers the perfect excuse to plan a dining adventure as the region awakens with the first signs of the growing season. The event’s timing coincides beautifully with the beginning of spring, when restaurant menus transition to showcase tender greens, early vegetables, and lighter fare after the hearty dishes of winter.
